Replace worn, outdated, or inappropriate furniture
Look around. Is your lanai furniture broken, outdated, or worn out? Clean and attractive furniture beckons people to come and relax for a while. Cushion replacement, paint, or even new pillows can revive an old piece of furniture that is structurally sound but looks a bit tired.
Flooring
